     CIEE   
CIEE International Faculty Development Seminars are
1-2 week, intensive overseas experiences for faculty and 
administrators, designed to stimulate campus initiatives
towards internationalizing curricula. Participants explore 
international issues through lectures, site visits, and

academic interchange with overseas colleagues.

Since 1946, the Fulbright Teacher and Administrator 
Exchange Program has helped nearly 23,000 teachers 
and administrators contribute to mutual understanding 
between the United States and countries around the world.

The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) 
fosters mutual understanding between the United States and 
other countries through international educational and
training programs.   Programs include the College and
University Affiliations Program (CUAP), the NIS
College and University Partnerships Program 
(NISCUPP), and Institutional Partnerships for Higher
Education for International Development.  



Includes information on Faculty Development Seminars abroad,
Chancellor's Awards, and international councils and committees .
